We’re excited to share some big news with the VIPKid community—we got a makeover! This summer, our marketing and design teams have been hard at work creating a fresh look for our North American brand, and we’re finally ready to share it with you.
Wait, but why?
Ok, let’s take a step back. We should probably explain why we decided to do this in the first place! While we adore our amazing teacher community, the truth is that the VIPKid brand was originally created in China with a Chinese audience in mind.
As we’ve grown and evolved, we knew that the brand needed to speak better to you – our teachers. . Thus we needed a refresh—we needed to create an engaging, unified brand that speaks to our current and future teachers, as well as our students and parents.
VIPKid is a cutting-edge, global education platform that’s changing lives around the world—not to get too braggy—and our teachers are an expansive community of professionals, parents, school teachers, retirees, and digital leaders. It was time for our brand to reflect that innovation and diversity, while remaining authentic and bold.
It was time to tell our story in a new way.

Though we wanted to create a modern, clean look, it was also important for us to stay true to our roots—and, of course, everyone’s favorite mascot.
So, we held onto the whimsy and playful spirit that VIPKid has always embraced and expanded upon it. We landed on an evolution of the VIPKid brand that’s fresh, inspiring, and fun. Also, fun. Did we mention fun?
We chose vibrant colors that showcase the energy of the VIPKid community. And we developed creative patterns and illustrations to represent the VIPKid purpose and help tell our story in a thoughtful way. Our Sr. Brand Manager, Jeremy Cook, worked with the entire team to create a vision and bring it to life.
“Our goal was not only to visually represent who we are and what we do, but to do it with personality,” says Jeremy. “Hopefully when you see our brand out in the wild, you’ll experience that sense of wonder and surprise that defines the VIPKid experience.”
So, what’s next?
As we grow and evolve as a company, we’re thrilled to share our brand with more students and teachers around the world. In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out our first ever integrated marketing campaign in the U.S., including billboards, social media and radio advertising, and even a TV commercial. (Look, mom, we’re on TV!) If you’re in the Dallas area, you’ll be the first to get a sneak peek, so keep an eye out.

There’s a ton of thought and care that went into creating this new brand, and we plan to tell you all about it.
